At Beyond Skate, we want to ensure you are stoked with your new gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unused items in their original packaging. Whether it's a sizing issue or a change of heart, our team is here to help you get back to the park as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that skate decks are un-gripped and apparel still has all original tags attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear to confirm it is in brand-new condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
